Fakenham Physio

Chris treats people of all ages and with a wide range of musculo-skeletal conditions, including necks, backs, joint and soft-tissue problems.

He is a specialist in sports injury management, from diagnosis to treatment, sports-specific rehabilitation and advice on injury prevention.

As a hands on, manual therapist, his treatment may include: joint and soft-tissue mobilisations, soft-tissue massage, manipulation, exercise programmes for stability, strength and mobility, gait analysis, and taping for support and to relieve pain. He also uses traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Intra Muscular Stimulation (IMS). At each session, Chris will encourage you to aid your recovery with specific exercises to work on between your physiotherapy sessions.

If you need further medical attention, such as x-rays, orthotics, injection therapy or surgery, Chris will advise you appropriately and liaise with your GP and other medical specialists as required.

Chris offers appointments throughout the week, including Saturdays from 8am. If you have neck or back pain his initial consultation will take up to an hour, with follow up sessions usually requiring 30 minutes.

Most sports injuries, such as knee and ankle injuries, hamstring tears, groin and hip injuries, shoulder overuse problems, tennis elbow and wrist sprains, achilles tendonitis, deep bruising (haematoma) sprains, strains and other soft tissue injuries will require an initial appointment of 30 minutes.

If you would like to discuss anything with Chris first, please call him on 01485 528641, email chris@chrisboynesphysio.com or use the contact form on this website.

Chris is undoubtedly the best Physio I have ever dealt with. I couldn’t speak more highly of him during my time as a professional rugby player at London Irish. His knowledge and the way he dealt with things was second to none. He was a man you would respect, trust and had strong leadership qualities. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Chris and his team.
