A physiotherapy consultation with Chris for a spinal condition usually lasts 60 minutes. It will involve a detailed assessment of your movement patterns, muscle recruitment and muscle imbalances, followed by a suggested pathway of treatment that may include a combination of manual therapy, joint mobilisation and manipulation, soft tissue release, including myofascial release, trigger point work, both Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Intra-Muscular Stimulation (IMS), Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT). These are all integrated with a detailed exercise rehabilitation programme which will help you regain function and ultimately a return to your normal life pattern or sport.
Follow-on treatment is for 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of the condition and individual requirements.
Chris is undoubtedly the best Physio I have ever dealt with. I couldn’t speak more highly of him during my time as a professional rugby player at London Irish. His knowledge and the way he dealt with things was second to none. He was a man you would respect, trust and had strong leadership qualities. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Chris and his team.
