Before you attend the clinic for an appointment, it is important that you can answer NO to the following:

Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days?

Are you waiting for a COVID-19 test or a test result?

Do you currently have any of the following?  High temperature  A new, continuous cough (coughing for longer than an hour or have 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours)  Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

Have you had close contact with - or cared for someone - who has tested positive with COVID-19 or had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

Have you been notified by NHS Test and Trace in the last 14 days that you are in contact with a person (with whom you do not live) who has tested positive with COVID-19?

When you come to the clinic, please do not ring the door bell, but wait outside in the car for the physio to call you. He will be wearing PPE.

Please wear a face mask. Your temperature will be taken on arrival and you will be asked to sanitise your hands and sign a screening form.

Please go directly into the treatment room. We regret that the waiting room and toilet are no longer available for clients.

The treatment room is sanitised and aired for at least 30 minutes between each patient.

Our protocol follows government and CSP guidelines

Chris is undoubtedly the best Physio I have ever dealt with. I couldn’t speak more highly of him during my time as a professional rugby player at London Irish. His knowledge and the way he dealt with things was second to none. He was a man you would respect, trust and had strong leadership qualities. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Chris and his team.
